Packaging under modified atmosphere

Packaging under modified atmosphere preserves the colour and appearance of your products in addition to postponing deterioration caused by the presence of oxygen. A modified atmosphere is an efficient protection against bacterial and microbic proliferation.

By definition, packaging under modified atmosphere is a technology which changes the environment of a product to extend its conservation. The process involves replacing air within the pouches with other beneficial gases such nitrogen or carbon dioxide. These gases produce a beneficial effect on the product while reducing losses caused by deterioration.
